Shipping & Returns Policy

ComfyGO Mobility

We want your experience with ComfyGO to feel smooth, transparent, and stress-free. Please review the information below so you know exactly what to expect when placing an order with us.


 Shipping Information

  • Order Processing:
    Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • Order Confirmation & Tracking:
    Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.

  • Free Shipping:
    We offer free shipping on all retail orders within the continental U.S.

  • Delivery Issues:
    If your order has not arrived within five (5) days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us promptly at info@comfygomobility.com with your name and order number so we can investigate.

Please note: We are not responsible for lost packages if delivery issues are not reported within the stated timeframe.


 Order Cancellations & Refused Deliveries

  • Orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun or once the order has shipped.

  • If an order is refused or delivery is declined, the item will be treated as a return and subject to applicable restocking and shipping fees.


Returns & Refunds

Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within thirty (30) days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required before sending any item back.

Important Return Conditions

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Restocking fees will apply.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are issued for the purchase price minus shipping and restocking fees once the return is approved and inspected.


Return Packaging Requirements

To be eligible for a return, all items must include:

  • Original manufacturer packaging (box, foam, inserts, etc.)

  • All accessories (chargers, batteries, remotes, cables, manuals)

  • Original, undamaged UPC barcode

  • All documentation and warranty materials

⚠️ Do not remove UPC labels or manufacturer seals until you have fully inspected and tested your product. Removing these may void return eligibility.


⚠️ Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Notify us as soon as possible at info@comfygomobility.com

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage

  3. For freight shipments, damage must be noted on the Bill of Lading at delivery

  • Damage must be reported within seven (7) days of receipt.

  • Failure to report damage within this timeframe may result in denial of a replacement or credit.

  • We will review each case individually and work toward a fair resolution, which may include replacement parts or a replacement unit.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Used products are not eligible for return.

  • Items returned that do not meet the return criteria will be refused and shipped back at the customer’s expense.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling are not eligible for return.


Warranty Information

  • All new ComfyGO products include a limited manufacturer’s warranty.

  • Warranty coverage varies by product. Please refer to the Specifications & Warranty section on the product page for details.

  • Warranty does not cover:

    • Normal wear and tear

    • Misuse or negligence

    • Consumable or non-durable parts (such as rubber components, plastic parts, or accessories)

To submit a warranty claim, proof of purchase and the product’s serial number are required.
