Shipping Information

Order Processing:
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. -
Order Confirmation & Tracking:
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update. -
Free Shipping:
We offer free shipping on all retail orders within the continental U.S. -
Delivery Issues:
If your order has not arrived within five (5) days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us promptly at info@comfygomobility.com with your name and order number so we can investigate.
Please note: We are not responsible for lost packages if delivery issues are not reported within the stated timeframe.
Order Cancellations & Refused Deliveries

Orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun or once the order has shipped.

If an order is refused or delivery is declined, the item will be treated as a return and subject to applicable restocking and shipping fees.
Returns & Refunds
Return Eligibility

Returns must be requested within thirty (30) days of delivery.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required before sending any item back.
Important Return Conditions

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Restocking fees will apply.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds are issued for the purchase price minus shipping and restocking fees once the return is approved and inspected.
Return Packaging Requirements
To be eligible for a return, all items must include:

Original manufacturer packaging (box, foam, inserts, etc.)

All accessories (chargers, batteries, remotes, cables, manuals)

Original, undamaged UPC barcode

All documentation and warranty materials
⚠️ Do not remove UPC labels or manufacturer seals until you have fully inspected and tested your product. Removing these may void return eligibility.
⚠️ Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged:

Include your order number and clear photos of the damage

For freight shipments, damage must be noted on the Bill of Lading at delivery

Damage must be reported within seven (7) days of receipt.

Failure to report damage within this timeframe may result in denial of a replacement or credit.

We will review each case individually and work toward a fair resolution, which may include replacement parts or a replacement unit.
Non-Returnable Items

Used products are not eligible for return.

Items returned that do not meet the return criteria will be refused and shipped back at the customer’s expense.

Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling are not eligible for return.
