The IQ-9000 AR combines innovative technology with thoughtful design. A digital joystick controller with LCD display allows for effortless navigation, while automatic reclining functionality enhances comfort throughout the day. The joystick features a quick-release design for easy servicing and reliable operation.
Powered by dual 250W brushless silent motors, the IQ-9000 AR delivers 500W of total power and confidently handles inclines up to 10 degrees. Two 24V 7.5AH lithium-ion batteries, both airline and cruise approved, provide dependable travel performance with up to 19 miles per charge.
At just 52 lbs without batteries, the aircraft-grade aluminum frame offers impressive strength without unnecessary weight. Intelligent electromagnetic brakes ensure smooth, secure stopping across a variety of surfaces.

Can I turn the wheelchair on/off with the remote?
No. The wheelchair must be powered on before the remote is turned on.
Does my wheelchair arrive fully assembled?
It arrives almost fully assembled. You’ll attach a few remaining parts and insert the joystick into the armrest.
Can my wheelchair go on an airplane or cruise?
Yes. The 7.5AH (180Wh) lithium-ion batteries are travel approved by most major airlines and cruise lines. Always confirm your carrier’s battery rules before travel.
Can I operate the chair while reclined?
The chair may operate while reclined, but we do not recommend moving while reclined due to tipping risk.
I’ve run out of battery. Can I push the chair?
Yes. Power off the chair and disengage both motors using the levers to enter free-wheel mode.
Does the remote come paired?
Yes. If it loses pairing, contact support for re-pairing guidance.
Can I silence the reverse beeping sound?
Yes, this can be adjusted through the joystick settings.
Do the armrests raise?
Yes. Both armrests lift for easier transfers and table access.
How do I charge the battery?
Charge through the joystick port or directly on the battery. Typical full charge time is 6–8 hours.
Can I install the controller on either side?
Yes. The joystick can be moved from right to left.
Can I use it on dirt or grass?
Yes, it handles compacted dirt and low grass well. Use caution on loose or uneven terrain.
Where can I find the serial number?
On the frame near the footrest, in the user manual, and on the shipping box.

Delivery Issues:
